1. Waar gelden deze voorwaarden voor?
Voor alles wat je bij ons koopt of bestelt: online, in het atelier of op afspraak. Andere afspraken gelden alleen als we ze samen op papier of per e-mail hebben gemaakt.

2. Prijzen
Alle prijzen zijn in euro's en inclusief btw. Verzendkosten zie je apart bij het afrekenen. We mogen onze prijzen aanpassen. Voor een bestelling die al geplaatst is, verandert de prijs niet.

3. Betalen
Je betaalt vooraf of binnen 7 dagen na de factuur. Betaal je te laat, dan mogen we rente en incassokosten rekenen zoals de wet toestaat. Tot alles betaald is, blijft het product van ons.

4. Levering en verzending

  • We versturen naar het adres dat je opgeeft. Klopt dat adres niet, dan ben jij verantwoordelijk.
  • Levertijden zijn een schatting.
  • Is het pakket beschadigd als het aankomt? Laat dat noteren door de bezorger en stuur ons binnen 48 uur een foto.
  • Verzending buiten de EU is voor jouw risico. Zodra het pakket bij de vervoerder is, zijn wij niet verantwoordelijk voor verlies, schade, vertraging, douanekosten of invoerheffingen.

5. Retourneren en ruilen

  • Je kunt een product binnen 14 dagen retourneren of ruilen, vanaf de dag dat je het ontvangt.
  • Laat het ons weten via info@floortjeelisabeth.com. Stuur het product daarna binnen 14 dagen terug.
  • Het product moet ongedragen en onbeschadigd zijn, in de originele verpakking en met de labels er nog aan.
  • De verzendkosten voor het terugsturen betaal je zelf.
  • Bij een retour krijg je je geld binnen 14 dagen terug.

6. Geen retour op sale
Sale-artikelen kun je niet retourneren of ruilen.

7. Geen retour op custom items
Custom items en producten die speciaal voor jou zijn gemaakt of aangepast, kun je niet retourneren of ruilen.

8. Klachten en garantie

  • Is er iets mis met je product? Mail ons zo snel mogelijk en stuur een foto mee.
  • Garantie geldt voor fouten in het maken of in het materiaal. Niet voor normale slijtage, verkeerd gebruik of wassen tegen het label in.
  • Kleuren op foto's kunnen iets afwijken van het echte product.

9. Ontwerpen
Onze ontwerpen, patronen en foto's zijn van ons. Je mag ze niet kopiëren of gebruiken zonder toestemming.

10. Overmacht
Kunnen we door iets buiten onze schuld niet leveren, bijvoorbeeld ziekte, een staking of problemen bij de vervoerder? Dan schuift de levering op. Duurt het langer dan 30 dagen, dan mogen we allebei de bestelling annuleren. Wat je al betaald hebt, krijg je terug.

11. Wijzigingen en recht
We mogen deze voorwaarden aanpassen. Op je bestelling gelden de voorwaarden die golden op het moment dat je bestelde. Het Spaanse recht is van toepassing. Ben je consument in een ander EU-land, dan houd je de bescherming die jouw eigen land je geeft.

1. What do these terms cover?
Everything you buy or order from us: online, in the atelier or by appointment. Other arrangements only apply if we have agreed on them in writing or by email.

2. Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. We may change our prices. The price of an order you have already placed will not change.

3. Payment
You pay in advance or within 7 days of the invoice date. If you pay late, we may charge interest and collection costs as permitted by law. The product remains ours until it has been paid in full.

4. Delivery and shipping

  • We ship to the address you provide. If the address is wrong, that is your responsibility.
  • Delivery times are estimates.
  • Is the parcel damaged on arrival? Ask the courier to note it and send us a photo within 48 hours.
  • Shipping outside the EU is at your own risk. Once the parcel is with the carrier, we are not responsible for loss, damage, delays, customs fees or import duties.

5. Returns and exchanges

  • You can return or exchange a product within 14 days, starting from the day you receive it.
  • Let us know at info@floortjeelisabeth.com, then send the product back within 14 days.
  • The product must be unworn and undamaged, in its original packaging and with the labels still attached.
  • You pay the shipping costs for the return yourself.
  • For a return, we refund you within 14 days.

6. No returns on sale items
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. No returns on custom items
Custom items and products made or adjusted especially for you cannot be returned or exchanged.

8. Complaints and warranty

  • Is something wrong with your product? Email us as soon as possible and please include a photo.
  • The warranty covers faults in workmanship or materials. It does not cover normal wear, misuse or washing that ignores the care label.
  • Colours in photos may differ slightly from the actual product.

9. Designs
Our designs, patterns and photos belong to us. You may not copy or use them without our permission.

10. Force majeure
If we cannot deliver because of something beyond our control, such as illness, a strike or carrier problems, delivery will be postponed. If the delay lasts more than 30 days, either of us may cancel the order. You will get back anything you have already paid.

11. Changes and applicable law
We may change these terms. Your order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it. Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you keep the protection your own country's law gives you.
